Turmeric
The analgesic property of turmeric or curcuma longa (a safe and natural COX-2 inhibitor) relieves persistent muscular pain, which is one of the hallmarks of fibromyalgia. The anti-inflammatory property of turmeric also effectively halts chronic inflammation.
Dilute half a teaspoon to one teaspoon of organic turmeric powder in a glass of luke warm milk. Drink the turmeric infused milk twice a day ( first thing in the morning and last thing at night) for a couple of weeks, to experience enormous relief from the multiple symptoms of fibromyalgia.
